Please note that we currently offer intimate area waxing for FEMALES only. 

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/No-Show policy requires a 24-hour notice. Failure to provide a notice within this time frame or a no-call and no-show will result in a fee of 50% of the booked services. This fee must be paid prior to booking your next service. 

First-time Brazilian Wax and Pregnant Clients Policy

Payment Methods Policy 

We accept Cash, Zelle, or Venmo as payment methods.

Age Policy 

Clients must be 18 years or older for Brazilian waxing, and for all other services, clients under 18 must have in-person parental consent. 

Patch Test Policy 

We require a patch test on your skin if booking a Brow Tinting or Brow Lamination appointment for possible allergic reactions.

Guest Policy

We kindly request that you refrain from bringing children or additional guests to your appointment

Return Policy 

Your items are eligible for returns within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the foil seal or any other seals intact. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from our website in the form of your completed order number. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on items not purchased directly from our site. 

Any item purchased more than 30 days ago is not eligible for a refund or exchange. 

Shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. 

Refunds will be issued once the return package is received at our fulfillment center.

Exchange Policy 

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received a damaged or defective product, we want to make it right ASAP! If you need to exchange a damaged item, send us an email at que.linda.aesthetics@gmail.com
